All SRJC employees are entitled to an Education Licensed Zoom Pro account that allows for up to 300 attendees in a single interactive meeting, no time restrictions on meetings, and cloud recording capabilities for short-term usage. Only complete this form if you need one of the following Zoom add-on services:• WEBINAR To host a webinar-style virtual event with up to 500 participants (attendees + panelists).Departmental fee of $150 (Additional cost may be incurred if outside regular business hours).• SPECIALTY LICENSE- To obtain a special license for hosting large webinars for up to 3000 participants, OR large interactive meetings with breakout rooms for large groups up to 1000 participants, OR to obtain a dedicated webinar license assigned to your own account (typically cost-effective for groups that host more than 25 webinars annually.)Webinars restrict audio, video and chat functions for attendees; provide a platform for panelists to present to large audiences with optional features including a managed Q&A experience, registration, attendee view layouts and more. (Note: breakout rooms are not available in webinars.)
