Technology Support

Media Services offers technology support to classrooms campus wide. Our technicians install and maintain all audiovisual equipment. While operation of the equipment is the responsibility of the instructor, Media Services will provide user training and rapid technical support in the event of equipment failure.

Campus-wide support is currently available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Thursday. On Saturdays during the fall and spring semesters, support hours are between 8-5 pm.
