Technology Support

Media Services offers technology support to classrooms campus wide. Our technicians install and maintain all audiovisual equipment. While operation of the equipment is the responsibility of the instructor, Media Services will provide user training and rapid technical support in the event of equipment failure.

Campus-wide support is available from 7:30 am to campus closing time Monday thru Friday. On Saturdays during the fall and spring semesters, support hours are between 8-5 pm.

The tech support line is 527-4771, or you may dial x4771 from any campus phone.

Please note only instructors and staff are allowed to borrow media equipment at this time. To make a request, call the media front desk at 527-4261.  Equipment in Santa Rosa may be checked out and returned during posted business hours to the Doyle 1st floor media front desk.
