Please call (707) 527-4771 for media tech support. Due to resource limitations and current protocols, most I.T. & Media services are remote (by phone, email and self-service hub), or by appointment outside of class time as reduced staffing and safety plans permit.
Media Services offers technology support to classrooms campus wide. Our technicians install and maintain all audiovisual equipment. While operation of the equipment is the responsibility of the instructor, Media Services will provide user training and rapid technical support in the event of equipment failure.
Technical Support Info
During the Spring 2022 term, remote support is available from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday or by advance appointment for limited in-person requests (pre-meet / technology orientations, e.g.) outside of scheduled class time. Technicians are not available to come to your room while class is in-session. We are also closed on weekends and district holidays. Faculty should check their rooms in advance of each scheduled class, arrive early and consider backup plans in case of technology setbacks.
The tech support line is 527-4771, or you may dial x4771 from any campus phone for prompt remote assistance.
