Media Services offers technology support to classrooms campus wide. Our technicians install and maintain all audiovisual equipment. While operation of the equipment is the responsibility of the instructor, Media Services will provide user training and rapid technical support in the event of equipment failure.
Campus-wide support is currently available from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. On Saturdays during the fall and spring semesters, support hours are between 8-5 pm.

Media Services has rolled out dozens of IFP (Interactive Flat Panel) displays across all SRJC campuses in an effort to modernize meeting spaces while providing the most efficient means of communication. As of Fall 2018, all media equipment will be housed at the Tech Gear desk located on the second floor of Doyle Library. To reserve equipment for instructional use, please contact Dustin Zuckerman at 521-6074 or at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our technical support crew will maintain a small supply of equipment for use in Doyle Library as well as the Student Activities Center.
