Technology Support

Call the classroom technical hotline at (707) 527-4771 for prompt media tech support

Media Services offers technology support to classrooms campus wide. Our technicians install and maintain all audiovisual equipment. While operation of the equipment is the responsibility of the instructor, Media Services will provide user training and rapid technical support in the event of equipment failure.

Technical Support Info
Tech support is available from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday thru Friday or by advance appointment for classroom AV requests (pre-meet / technology orientations, e.g.) outside of scheduled class time. Faculty are encouraged to check their classrooms in advance of each scheduled course, arrive early and consider backup plans in case of technology setbacks.
The tech support line is 707-527-4771, or use the 'Media Services' speed dial option on classroom phones for prompt assistance.
