The front desk at Media Services takes room reservation requests for two large media teaching rooms and several smaller conference-style meeting rooms. Each space is mediated with a resident computer as well as technology to display media on a large screen. Advance room reservations can be made several days to several months in advance by faculty or staff once semester-long class schedules have been published. For inquiries regarding room availability or room sizes, see the grid below or contact Nate Musser at media@santarosa.edu or (707) 524-1614.
You may also reserve these and other district spaces by using the Event Management System (EMS) web application below. This feature is currently offline. Please contact Nate Musser for any room reservation requests.

Zoom Videoconferencing in our rooms
All of our rooms on the first floor of Doyle Library have Zoom capabilities.
We encourage those who have interest in webconferencing to host their events on the first floor of Doyle Library when possible so our technicians can best support the technology set up needs. We do support Skype and Skype for Business in limited capacities, but Zoom has been adopted as the standard webconferencing solution throughout the California Community College system.
Zoom is offered through TechConnectZoom for SRJC administrators, staff and faculty of the California Community College system, funded by a grant from the Chancellor's Office. Please visit the website for the sign-up form or Media's Zoom Page to get started.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION REGARDING DOYLE ROOM RENTALS IF MY GROUP IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH SRJC?
For external rentals, Facilities Operations manages the District's Use of Facilities. They can be also reached at 527-4372, or by visiting SRJC's Event Management System and generating a guest booking request.
