Nate heads up the client services unit for Media Services, providing front-facing concierge services to the college community at our media desk in the rotunda of Doyle library 1st floor.  Some of his key responsibilities include system administration of the Zoom workplace account for SRJC (with districtwide user licensing, LTI integration and employee training/support), Doyle 1st floor classroom & conference room reservations (with door access programming, EMS bookings, and technology support), TV studio access, and liaising with our University partners.
